My experience & approach
I am a qualified coach/counsellor with a business background, having worked for many years as a senior Human Resources (HR) professional. I have worked in large multinational companies, small/medium sized organisations, and early stage enterprises, across a range of different business sectors. I understand how organisations work and I am therefore particularly well placed to offer coaching and counselling within an employment context. I am also an experienced bereavement counsellor.
My personal style is informal, collaborative and relationship focused. I combine coaching and counselling skills to create a supportive, confidential space in which my clients can reflect, find new perspectives, and choose and achieve meaningful goals.
